Games room

Down terracotta tile steps to the lower level at the back of the house you’ll find the games room. A large, bright modern space with sofas for lounging, it opens via French windows to the limestone terraces at the back and side of the house. The room looks across the valley and to the east towards the tennis court. 
 
In the games room you’ll find a table tennis table, table football and a host of equipment for outdoor fun: badminton sets, pétanque set, balls and children’s toys. The Little Tikes duplex house (best for 2- to 5-year olds) provides a perfect space for little ones to amuse themselves.
 
The games room is fitted out with Bose in-ceiling speakers and is connected to the Sonos digital music system.
