Dates & rates

Lavayssière is available to rent throughout the year. Guests have exclusive access to the entire property, including all buildings, all facilities and 30 acres of meadow and woodland.  

There are 10 bedrooms (5 double rooms, 4 twin rooms and 1 bunk room), sleeping a total of 20 people. A maximum of 20 people can be accommodated (plus 3 babies in cots). Family-friendly features – stair-gates, 3 cots and 5 high chairs – are available by arrangement. Bedlinen is included. Towels are provided for 20 and we also provide 10 adult bathrobes. 

The minimum stay in high season is 7 nights. Changeover day is Saturday. Outside high season we offer a minimum 4 night rental. You will be greeted on arrival with a welcome pack and champagne. Arrival time: 4pm. Check out time: 10am.  

The high season rate is €9,500 per week. Modest discounts are available in low season. Please check the calendar below for availability. The property is rented only as a whole; it’s not possible to rent the constituent buildings. Reservations are possible only for small weddings (maximum 40 people in attendance) and only outside July and August.
