Dates & rates

Lavayssière is available to rent throughout the year. Guests have exclusive access to the entire property, including all buildings, all facilities and 30 acres of meadow and woodland.  

There are 10 bedrooms (5 double rooms, 4 twin rooms and 1 bunk room), sleeping a total of 20 people. A maximum of 20 people can be accommodated (plus 3 babies in cots). Family-friendly features – stair-gates, 3 cots and 5 high chairs – are available by arrangement. Bedlinen is included. Towels are provided for 20 and we also provide 10 adult bathrobes. 

The minimum stay in high season is 7 nights. Changeover day is Saturday. Outside high season we offer a minimum 5 night rental. Arrival time: 4pm. Check out time: 10am.  

The high season rate is €9,900 per week. Low season rates start from €4000 per week. The below calendar is not necessarily up to date – please contact us for availability and rates. In high season the property is rented only as a whole. At other times the gites can be rented for 6 to 10 guests with prices starting from €2250 with a 5 night minimum stay.

Reservations are possible only for small weddings and other celebrations, with an extra fee and only outside July and August and by special arrangement.
